This pic is super rough, basically an unfinished piece because I just got so tired of working on it and called it quits haha. The idea was based off a comment by my friend who was talking about a starving artist kind of character, and I came up with this random chick who is not starving in the slightest but goes around pretty much making illegal art and symbols and is all "F*k da police". No one really knows why she bothers to make so much commotion or what her real motivation is, but she seems perfectly happy to just go around stirring up trouble. She is the kind of person who can either be your best ally or worst enemy, depending on who you are and what you stand for.
